HAVEC Engineering offers implementation of innovative state-of-art measurement technology to perform Hot Kiln Alignment service of the kilns and other rotary equipment.

We will make your people become an exerts in a field of Rotary Kiln Services.

To do this, a number of theoretical and practical trainings should be carried out.
Technology transfer is a multi-stage process:

Providing detailed technical knowledge - "Kiln mechanics and maintenance" in the context of HKA Service. The training will be carried out by engineers with many years of experience in accordance with current international standards and requirements. After the training your people will have a very wide knowledge base which allow to conduct a various types of analysis regarding mechanical parameters and kiln alignment.

During the instruction we will provide the knowledge necessary to carry out all the measurements. We'll explain all even the smallest details about the measurement method and answer the question which parameters are important and why.

Now we go to “deep water”. In order to make your people become an experts, the training in real cases is necessary. The team will face real problems both on the mechanical side of the kiln itself and many typical/untypical situations during day to day measuring work. During this training your team, under the supervision of our experts, will carry out a series (usually 10 items) of complete HKA Services.

The training will include:

• collecting measurement data, measurement of all necessary parameters of the kiln.
• quality control of the collected data
• calculations of all the necessary parameters
• data analysis
• calculations of the optimal version of the adjustment considering all the mechanical parameters of the kiln
• decision-making regarding adjustment procedure
• preparation of long-term and short-term recommendations.

We will equip your team with an agreed number of complete, ready-to-use measuring sets. The equipment consists of:

• all devices and measuring tools
• computer with installed software
• transport boxes with customer's logo adapted to air transport.
• instructions for the use of measuring equipment (including calibration and maintenance manuals, etc.), certificates, approvals.
• detailed field manuals.

After the technology transfer, you are not alone. Havec Engineering ensures technical consulting support in case of untypical, complicated and complex problems with the kiln alignment, geometry deviations, operating and maintenance problems.

Measuring equipment standard is covered by the warranty.
